Gregory (Rocky) Goins

Mr. Goins provides strategic leadership and assistance for the evaluation and pursuit of all development growth and community re-positioning opportunities. An accomplished executive with over 30 years of development experience, Rocky held various senior development roles within leading senior care operators such as Sunrise Senior Living, Enlivant, Senior Star and Erickson Retirement Communities, where he was involved with various aspects of the development and construction of over $1 billion of new senior housing (IL, AL, Memory Support and CCRC) projects. Prior to his senior housing career, Mr. Goins partnered with the Rouse Company and AG Development for over a decade, where he was instrumental in the development and construction of many complicated mixed-use projects with medical, hotel, office and retail components. Mr. Goins began his career as an officer in the Civil Engineer Corps and the Seabees for the United States Navy after graduating from the United States Naval  Academy.
